9XBuddy Alternative - Online Video Downloader

9Xbuddy has started its pace since 2014. If you take a look at it, you’ll find that the site keeps updating itself all the time. Until now, the site already supports 1798 sites and will always be supporting more sites. The site has claimed itself to be “the fastest and easiest way to download videos from youtube, twitter, facebook, dailymotion, soundcloud and many other sites with ease.”

I tried it out and it works great. The on-screen operation and prompts are clean, though it takes a bit longer than I expect to parse a video. One of the good features is that 9Xbuddy allows users to search for some videos in a direct way, and furthermore provides EXTRACTS LINKS.

However, the site has been stuffed with a whole bunch of ads sponsored by Taboola. I got it that nothing comes for free in fact. A site owner has to earn his bread, but this is really ruining the experience a bit.

Also, 9XBuddy is promoting and redirecting its traffic to its brand new site - https://offmp34.app and a newly-released app - OFFMP4, which is a YouTube Video Downloader for Android. I’ve downloaded and gave it a shot. However, the truth is that the App is just as simple and same as the site itself. To some extend, it’s just a site in an app.

This app cannot be uploaded to Google Play but it’s safe to use on Android. Meanwhile, the operation is the same as you use 9XBuddy on web. Easy and simple. If you’re interested, you can take it a try.

Then, I compare 9XBuddy to VidPaw Video Downloader and here’s what I found.

- Both are fast, easy and simple to use on Web.

- Both can download YouTube videos and videos from over 1,000 sites.

- Both provide Video Downloader for Android.

- Both support search function.

- VidPaw can download YouTube to MP3, but 9XBuddy cannot.

- VidPaw can stream videos online while 9XBuddy failed so.

As to the differences, I suggest you’d better conclude yourself. After all, experience it and then you know whether it fits.
