Minions is an American comedy animation written by Brian Lynch and directed by Kyle Balda, Pierre Coffin. Its credits companies are Illumination Entertainment, Universal Pictures. The 899 minions in the animation are all dubbed by the director Pierre Coffin.

Since the first release on July 10, 2015, the box office of Minions has reached 115.2 million dollars in the opening week. And its global box office is more than $1 billion, which makes it the animation with the second high box office in the world region. What's more, Minions was nominated for the Best Animation and the Best Foreign-language Film.

This film is talking about the story of minions before they meet Gru. The minions have existed on the earth since the dawn of time. Their tribe is dedicated to and proud of serving for their evil master.

But these stupid creatures have always mistakenly "killed" their maters. Losing one mater after another, the minions got more and more nervous. Eventually, the three minions - Stuart, Kevin, and Bob finally decided to set for looking for another evil master.

In the 1960s, the minions started to work for a new boss, the world's first female super -villain - Scarlet. Their first mission is to steal the crown of Queen Elizabeth. They successfully got the crown. However, the cutest Bob accidentally became the new king. And then a pile of troubles followed.
